Production of Starter Drives
The technology is based on cold cupping on a wobble press, starting out with annealed discs, pressing them to receive the semi-finished product for further working.
The pieces are than processed for heat treatment in a gas medium in a modern program controlled environment, where the entire process is properly documented.
Four years ago we have set out to gradually introduce the CNC technology in the parts manufacturing department and in tool engineering as well.
This technology permits us to ensure precision in all phases of the manufacturing process, from production control through tool working, including metal and plastic pieces, executed in a well coordinated fashion featuring proper transparency in all stages of production.
We have made technological improvements to gain independence form subcontractors.
Following assembly, the components are subjected to final control, after which they receive a Kelle code and a manufacturing serial number affixed on the surface.
Thanks to our investments in new technology and improvements in production control we are now able to manufacture batches of relatively small quantities, whose price and quality is highly competitive.
